Live Activities show your focus timer and your next event on the lock screen and in the Dynamic Island.
Turning them on
Open Settings, Live Activities, and allow Daybrim.
Add the large widget to StandBy from the widget gallery.
StandBy switches to a dim red view after 22:00 so it won’t keep you awake.
